This is an issue with the post office, not with us. Your package was sealed the same way as all the others, quite adequately. The post office handles millions of pieces of mail every day and they do it with machines which sometimes damage the mail accidently. Too bad you didn't contact us about this issue instead of leaving a negative feedback, we would have gladly helped you.
