The bulb is great. It was not fitting at first but after some filing of the sides, it went thru and worked fine. It is safe to file the sides delicately a little at a time. Don’t force it in the socket. It is dimmable a bit so doesn’t flicker with the car dimmer. I choose to rate it 4-star because it was not a direct replacement as described but without the thickness issue it would easily be worth 5 stars. As for the longevity, time will tell. Will buy more for odometer as the color is good.
