The figure was supposed to be brand new but the box wasn’t even sealed on the bottom and the plastic wasn’t taped together like other nendroid figures i have bought. I contacted the seller and they offered only a $20 refund even though they say they have “unconditional refunds”. They won’t allow me to return it even though it is missing parts. Would not recommend this seller or ever buy from them again.
