    This particular sensor by this particular seller is not 3.3 volts. It is 1.8 volts only. The seller listed as being capable of both voltages, it is not. Should you elect to power it from your ESP 32 or esp8266 from the 3v3 connection on the board you will blow out the onboard regulator and the sensor will get extremely hot.
