The item was exactly as described and it was an absolute perfect gift for my loved one. The seller was great and she was very courteous. She reached out to me to inform me of all of the details of preparing the package to send it out to me and the shipping as well. Everything was packaged very carefully to avoid the item being damaged during shipping and was packed very neatly as well. The item arrived very quickly and was exactly what I expected it to be.

I purchased a knife from this seller who immediately sent a note stating that she would be mailing the purchase soon. Four days later she notified me that she had cancelled the purchase and refunded the purchase amount...after assuring me that she would soon mailing it. I sent a message to this seller. No response. She clicked an eBay notice that said "item was either out of stock of damaged." Which was it & why did it take you 4 days after you accepted my payment to figure that out?
