Clearly the 4 pack of screen protectors had been used to install 1 protector and the parts to install the other 3 were in the box. This is Okay with me because the price charged was fair for just 3 protectors instead of 4. I would have preferred that the description was more honest saying it was an open box with 1 protector used. I would have still bought it with an honest description.
