Unfair Feedback. This person never contacted me to let me know there was a problem. She claimed she did not know she was leaving a negative feedback but was only inquiring about the item. I did not know there was a problem until I got a return request. I checked with the post office and found out there was a problem with the shipping label. eBay's fault. I got the item back from the post office but she bought one from another seller. eBay refused to take down the feedback. Not my fault.
