    The seller created the label, but never provided the parts to the shipper. Of course a week later when the parts were supposed to arrive, they didn't. I contacted the seller who explained they would check into it and get back with me. They never did. So, I was forced to open a case with eBay. eBay required me to wait an additional week before they would take action. On the day that time was to run out, eBay refunded my money. I don't think the "seller" ever had any intentions to ship to parts.
