USPS was not very gentle with my package, which came largely dented in one area. Fortunately, the seller accommodated for this issue and packaged my watch incredibly well, so the box inside the packaging was undamaged. The watch came new, as described, with all of its original contents and seals. Very pretty and just what I was expecting.
