The international plug (adaptor) was too loose to fit in any of the switches. We tried the wall but it would fall down. We tried to connect on kitchen bench but it did not properly balance therefore did not fit properly. So after keeping the cooker for a week unable to use we had to get an electrician friend to change the plug to 240 volt standard plug and then it worked. So the international plug definitely did not work in this cooker and very loose plug pins.
