I purchased this item and waited 9 days with no communication. I messaged the seller 3 times before finally getting a refund. I wouldn't have minded waiting if they would have communicated with me, as I really wanted this toy for my son. The lack of communication was the deal breaker. I also never received a message from them before or after the refund. Ebay was who let me know about my refund.
