The Active Kendama crew is just amazing. There were some hickups with the original order (internationally) and they made sure that i got a replacement, they even included some extra goodies and items! The interaction with them was very good and they were super responsive and helpful. Also the kendama is just wonderful. Really high quality and a wonderful item to play and practice. Can only highly recommend them!
