The part ordered is missing pieces and unable to be installed. The provider did not offer to replace the defective part, offered a return label and "order another one, if you need it" The part is what is needed and the resources to correct the issue just want the us to buy another one. Really hard to buy from someone that screws up and does not take responsibility for doing a poor job.
