I have purchased the same item from the same seller multiple times now. The only neutral thing about this seller is that I asked if they could offer a better discount if I bought in quantity and they recommended that I go to their website where they could sell it less. Obviously this is because they cut out the ebay commission and potentially the tax as well, so I did not do that because I like the ebay purchase guarantee. But all in all I am happy with this vendor.
