The cup and saucer are very pretty and were packaged well. However, the opposite side of the cup from what you see on the picture does have a jagged edge which is something I find hard to believe the seller would not have noticed prior to selling the item. Hopefully someone will not cut their mouth on the cup as I do actually use my cup and saucer sets so I am not pleased. If you just want to look at it all day it may be okay but a run of your finger along the edge and you will get scraped.
