Ho acquistato una batteria moto che è arrivata non funzionante, prontamente contattati effertuo il reso che però non mi viene sostituito....ma bensì mi viene detto che va rispedito alla ditta produttice che valuterà se è tutto a posto.... morale chiedo il reso che mi viene concesso e decurtato di 10€ su un totale di 35...... tempo trascorso 3 settimane circa per una batteria ......pessimo modo di gestire un semplice problema
