      The box of the Funko Pop is in inaceptable conditions. This was bought for a gift, but it can’t be delivered in this condition. For that kind of item, need to be send to the client in a hard package. To be worse, has a tape with handwriting. Horrible.

      Thank You for bringing this to my attention. I have changed the listing to make clear that the box is opened to reveal what character it is, in this mystery box product. I have sold a few of these items and USPS has not damaged them during delivery. Someone who bought this same style product a few days before you wrote a positive review on it saying "Everything went fast and very smoothly". Adjustments will be made for better service. Thank you.
