My purchase was hung up in Chicago and the post office is now saying they are returning it. The seller has refused to communicate beyond the fist couple of messages and has refused to honor the agreement that they made.While I understand that the delay was not their fault,timely response and abiding by their word is. They have failed in that respect.I was unable to use my purchase for the event I bought it for, I don't have the item, the seller is no longer communicative and I'm out what I paid.
