    When ebay charged two lots of postage for 2 covers, I requested that the covers be sent together, and one lot of postage be returned. The covers were received together so the seller did receive double postage. The seller failed to act even though there were 2 further requests to return the extra postage. Very disappointing, easily fixed, but they were not interested.
