When the cups arrived, they were packed well. The ad said no chips or cracks, however the insides of the cups showed considerable wear with many gray marks from what I assume is spoon wear. This was not mentioned in the ad for the cups. I am disappointed as I was giving this as a gift for someone looking for replacement cups. Even with the reduced price, the cups for the amount of wear marks are not worth the overall cost with shipping.
