La richiesta deve contenere espressamente la volonta 'dell'utente' di avvalersi del diritto di recesso, l'indicazione del prodotto, l'oggetto della contestazione, la descrizione dell'ordine relativo e copia del documento di trasporto.

La restituzione dell'importo complessivo potra essere accettata dal 'negoziante' solo se il prodotto sara integro e se lo stesso non sia stato utilizzato, messo in funzione o usurato.
