Sent smashed up NANO this customer service is one star . They do not even work with the shipper its Chinese refurbs sold at NEW prices . No headphones ships in A BAG ! beware !!!!!! stuck refused refund !!!

We do apologize about the iPod arriving damaged. We definitely did not ship the iPod that way and not intend it to arrive that way. We can only do so much with the shipper since we can not make them ship safely (sadly) or ship faster once the package is shipped. Additionally, these are not Chinese refurbs, we never advertised headphones (we actually specifically state NO headphones in our listing), and lastly we have not refused refund. We encouraged to start a return before you even asked.
