Great communication. However, I'm leaving a neutral experience due to the electrical harness will not work on my Alltrack. Also the electrical harness provided won't even plug into their on charger. The console air vent housing is fantastic, though and looks factory. I will just have to buy some other charger and harness to get it to work.
