I had the same issue as other buyers where the item has gone "missing" and they sent another one out after the stated date of delivery. This one seemed to be sent out next day and arrived quickly whereas the initial timeframe was about 2 weeks. Suspicious. I don't think they keep losing packages, I think they don't send anything out and hope the buyer forgets about it or something so they don't ever have to send out a package. If you do order, make sure to message them to get your item!
