Item was advertised as Solid Velvet Pants. Fabric was velvet, velveteen, chenille, brushed chenille or velvet-likein any way. It was cheap, thin corduroy. Fit was baggy with 1\4" wide sized too tight for the garment, creating a cut into the waist and a rumpled appearance.
