Per ottenere il rimborso del corrispettivo il consumatore dovrà rispedire al mittente a mezzo posta il prodotto a cui é riferito il recesso accompagnato dallo scontrino fiscale allegato al prodotto al momento della consegna. Il termine per la restituzione del prodotto non dovrà essere superiore a 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dello stesso.
