    The seller removed the door pins and shipped it to me without informing me beforehand, which resulted in the door not being secured and protected, causing damage. I cannot understand this approach.

    Item carefully packaged, shipped and delivered in perfect condition to buyers chosen UK address within 2 days. Sadly he then uses his own 3rd party delivery company to ship to China (obviously without insurance) during which item was virtually destroyed in transit. He then sends me the pictures and expects me to recompense. Sigh.
