But the seller only paid for a flat rate envelope and taped that to a box my purchase was shipped in. I had to pay more money to receive the shipment due to the sellers incompetence, or at worst, malfeasance. In short, the seller overcharged for shipping and then forced me to pay more at the post office to receive the shipment.
