The seller wrapped a rubber band around it. When I opened it, the elastic in these shorts was so old that it no longer functions. these shorts were not as described. The seller should have advised about the condition being poor.

They we definitely worn a lot cause it is separating. Not sure if I can wear them but I can at least use them as decoration for my company. Could also try to get them fixed by a shoe shop. In any case, the price was good and shipping done well.
