If there are scratches, I haven't seen them - even the back is amazing. Item had to have been cleaned as well. Everything works. I don't know where or how Will is getting these (maybe he stocked these in a hidden place for the last 6+ years), but this is as close as you will get to new for something that hasn't been in production in over 6 years!
