The listing labelled the case as used (so possible cosmetic damage but fully functional) and no issues were mentioned in the product description but when it arrived the cable for front panel USB was broken. The second picture is an example of what the cable is supposed to look like (blue plug, covered pins) and there wasn't a blue plug or any pieces of the cable in the case or the box it shipped in.
