I got in touch with The Tech Saver who put me in touch with their tech who rapidly figured it was a driver issue (yes, battery has a drive). James provided steps to remove the driver and have it reinstall the driver automatically. Now the battery lasts a good 6 hours. Would not hesitate to buy from again. Buying used is a risk. Top quality service removes that risk AAA+

Full hardware scan says all OK, and the Windows 11 install seems fine. Great value at this price (£650ish). Hopefully as reliable as my current Yoga!
