I originally put the wrong address and the seller was kind enough to cancel and allow me to re-order. It only took him about 20 minutes to respond. The item shipped quickly and arrived in the advertised condition. I would have preferred slightly more protective wrapping as there were only two loose sheets of bubble wrap in the box, but it wasn't damaged and it works so no complaints really.
