        There was a problem with shipping completely outside this sellers control. They not only answered messages right away but offered a refund. I kept the item anyways as it still met my need and was a good deal. Shipped quickly and packed adequately but the shipper may have handled it roughly as it is a heavy awkward item. This seller is top notch not only for quality of item but their professionalism and customer service.
