The seller was very nice and genuine and offered me 50% of my money back or I could return. I chose to try to repair the shoes and just get some money back from the purchase. Keep in mind if they aren't being shipped to an authenticator you may be disappointed. I honestly don't know if I can even wear these shoes. But at least they were half off.
