      Purchased 2 shocks advertised as NEW. At best these shocks are open box and repackaged wrapped in plastic. One of the shocks is defective. When the shock is collapsed the shock takes over 60 seconds to rebound to about 90% fully open. The other shock goes from fully collapsed to fully open in about 10 seconds.
