He refused!! Also considering there was no brushes with the machine, which I knew the machine should’ve been a bit less money on top of the other problem. he did offer me to send the machine back, but then I have to wait for my refund for weeks so I just chose to keep it and deal with it. I will be way more careful next time.!!!
