I attempted a return and the seller offered a 50% refund. Did not respond to any messages. I escalated the issue to eBay. Seller them messaged that if I cancelled the return he would do a refund. He hadn't returned one of my messages and now I was supposed to believe he was going to process a full refund?? eBay finally got involved and approved a return and refund.
