I came to the conclusion that they were damaged when shipped (dented). I contacted the shipper told them they were dented and asked if I should ship them back. I got a three worded response of, "ship them back." I decided to keep what I had with the idea that with my complaint I'd get something back in worse condition. No, we're sorry. no, we'll make it right. I ended up beating the dent out and body working the covers
