Latch was installed and operating for a week without problems. 20yr old oven not going to a landfill. Cons: Shipping took longer (10 days) than what was advertised on the item listing (4-6 days). Poor packaging, bubble wrap was not taped/secured around the item, hence, item was bouncing around inside the box without protection. Happy with purchase and would repeat!
