The packaging arrived just fine but the seller tried to blame it on the Parcel Service. When I asked for a refund he only offered $4 and then proceeded to tell me that if I did do the refund he wouldn't pay for the shipping even though the item was sent damaged. The Postal Service did not do it he just didn't inspect it well enough before sending it.
