      We bought these two portable air conditioners to avoid damaging newly painted windows. They work fairly well, good value cooling for the bedrooms. They are modern looking. One air conditioner was missing its venting hose and window plate. WMB wholesalers sent us a kinda similar exhaust assembly to replace it, but the non-exact match had us rejigger (saw, refit tubing, etc) the exhaust. We got functional cooling in the end. WMB was responsive and courteous and issued a small refund. We're happy.
