I did not receive the exact bag with the serial number that I ordered. It was accompanied by a strap, however, even though it advertised no strap, which was nice, but it was also “touched up” with what looks to be like acrylic paint. I’m keeping the bag because the price was decent for today’s market and I guess I can add a Coach flower if the touch up bothers me too much. The bag was very well packaged and contained a well wrapped KitKat!
