I reached out to the seller regarding a surface flaw on the card that was not shown in pictures or mentioned in the description. The seller responded with “ not sure what you want me to do here “ and basically ignored my frustration that a card was listed as near mint condition but had flaws. I wouldn’t recommend them to do business with!

There’s just no pleasing some people. Card listed as Near Mint or Better (Graded 7+). Buyer received card, asked for partial refund. I told them one surface scratch doesn’t drop an otherwise pristine card below a 7. Buyer demanded a partial refund in exchange for positive feedback, didn’t see msg fast enough for Karen, she left negative feedback. Gave Karen a FULL REFUND, Karen still won’t take down negative feedback. I blocked them, you should too if you care about your reputation.
