The tape arrived in excellent condition and it was expertly packed. Sadly, however, my VCR did not accept the tape for playback. I suspect my VCR is to blame on my end. The seller promptly refunded my money and I shipped the tape back to him. Despite the setback, I highly recommend this seller as he was very understanding and prompt in both shipping and in the refund. I hope to do business with this seller again in the future!
