I made contact with seller explaining I cldnt log in to my amazon account or to factory reset. They didn't want to accept the case I opened for a refund but then when I told them I had rang amazon explained the issue amazon said there's possibility that the original owner may have reported this item as lost/stolen that is why I can't log into my account or reset it as an account is linked still. I mentioned this to seller and immediately issued refund but didn't request item to be returned. 🤔
