Ci dispiace per la situazione, ma non capiamo perché non ci ha mai contattato e non ha aperto una pratica di sostituzione / reso, avremo risolto il problema.
I telecomandi sono nuovi Samsung originali, e se non è stato manomesso del trasporto, basta associarlo al TV e funziona. Ma penso che Lei ha scritto questo solo per danneggiare il Venditore. Quindi la segnaliamo ad Ebay e procediamo con Formale denuncia per diffamazione mezzo stampa! Pessimo atteggiamento!
