Good communication, but the product was shipped with a faulty AC Adapter and the only solution proposed by the seller was to return the whole console. If they are going to ship something to a foreign country they must inspect the product vigorously before. Also the content of the console was not properly located in the interior packaging, damaging the box during the shipping. Other than that the console itself looks pretty clean.
