BUYER BEWARE! Sellers listing stated the HP 8600 ink cartridges were new. The items I received had some open packages. I installed them in my HP 8600 printer and they did not function properly. The printed documents had black smears and NO color. I replaced the cartridges with a set that I knew were good and it took all the available "clean printhead" and "align printhead" options to partially repair my printer. It is still not 100%. Seller did offer a refund.

Let me explain this situation. Look below and you will see i have sold a lot of items including ink, that I always inspect before listing and selling. This particular box appeared to have sealed carts from the outside. If you were in doubt of the quality, common sense says you would of at least reach out before putting them in. IF they looked okay, but appeared to be tampered with why would you put them into your printer without reaching out first? I DID offer a refund so how is that negative?
