Seller misrepresented handbag. Did not disclose tag inside that read: SAMPLE. DO NOT RESELL. I returned the handbag which appeared to be poorly made, but the Seller refused to pay for my return shipping costs.

Despite the listing clearly stating "No returns", I agreed to accept a return from this buyer when she was unhappy with her purchase. I refunded her full purchase cost, the maximum I was able to refund, because she DID NOT request the return officially through eBay. I also confirmed with eBay that there was no way to further reimburse her. I have done everything I could to ensure her satisfaction.
